1. Tupande Inventory and Product Quality Specialist: This role seeks an analytical professional with over 3-5 years of experience. The specialist will be responsible for managing product quality, overseeing aging inventory, handling disposals, and reducing obsolescence to ensure superior product standards.
2. Global Youth Engagement Lead: Aimed at professionals in Kenya and Rwanda, this position involves co-designing and stewarding the organization’s youth strategy, ensuring its evolution and ongoing improvements over the long term.
3. Impact Division Chief of Staff (Manager): This role is for an exceptional communicator and collaborator to enhance the effectiveness of the Impact Division by coordinating the implementation of the Impact Strategy, increasing leadership reach, and leading strategic initiatives.
4. Internal Channels Management Associate: Seeking a communications professional with 2-5 years of experience in managing and implementing intranets or collaboration software. The associate will roll out a new intranet and manage the organization’s main internal communications tools.
5. Tupande Inventory Batch Data Analyst: This position requires a data analyst with 2-3+ years of experience to ensure the integrity and accuracy of managing product lot and batch numbers within the organization’s systems, ensuring they are readily accessible and traceable.
6. Global Supply Chain Strategies Lead: Open to professionals in Kenya and Rwanda, this role involves building the supply chain “playbook” tailored to the unique context of last-mile farmer deliveries in rural areas, leveraging external retail and industry supply chain expertise.
