1. Tupande Inventory and Product Quality Specialist: This role seeks an analytical professional with over 3-5 years of experience. The specialist will be responsible for managing product quality, overseeing aging inventory, handling disposals, and reducing obsolescence to ensure superior product standards.

2. Global Youth Engagement Lead: Aimed at professionals in Kenya and Rwanda, this position involves co-designing and stewarding the organization’s youth strategy, ensuring its evolution and ongoing improvements over the long term.

3. Impact Division Chief of Staff (Manager): This role is for an exceptional communicator and collaborator to enhance the effectiveness of the Impact Division by coordinating the implementation of the Impact Strategy, increasing leadership reach, and leading strategic initiatives.
