We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales and Content Creator to join our team at our internet cafe shop in Githurai 45. This is an on-site role, perfect for someone eager to kickstart their career in sales and marketing. Creativity and confidence in creating video content will be a major plus.

Experience & Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field (optional).
• Skilled in short-form video creation for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook.
• Confident and comfortable in front of the camera, with the ability to create engaging content.
• Extroverts are highly encouraged to apply.
• Passion for sales and customer service, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the shop and on our online channels.
• Promote products and services to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Create short-form video content for social media to attract and engage customers.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract more customers to the shop.
• Help manage inventory, organize shelves, and ensure the shop is presentable.
• Support marketing initiatives, including local outreach and social media engagement.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Process transactions accurately and handle daily sales reporting.
• Contribute to the growth of the shop by sharing ideas and feedback.
